QUICK QUALIFICATION
Provide the service, material, quantity, dimensions, starting condition and drawing requirements. Explain whether stripping, repair or special inspection is needed.
State when the parts can arrive and when they must be back in service. The agreed 24-hour electropolishing processing window starts at the time confirmed by ACS, not when an inquiry is submitted. Return transportation is scheduled separately.
ACS reviews eligibility, material availability, preparation, processing and inspection before committing to timing. A quote response time is separate from the production turnaround.
